We attend to patient requests and provide a visiting Doctor 24/7. If for any reason the patient does not wish to leave their home, hotel room or office.
Our Visiting Doctor Service is very simple and Easy
- Patient call our Office
- We answer the calls in rotation (please note that you may have to leave a message for us to call back during busy times).
- Patient details are logged in which include among many
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Reason to consult a doctor
- Patient consent to contact them in future by our group only
- How did they find us?
- We then inform patient about the cost of visit, medication or test (which maybe required during the visit) and ETA for the doctor.
- Please note if a patient agrees to all the above then to secure the booking we take their credit card details registered under the patients name.
- Patients should they wish can pay the doctor by cash as well.
After the completion of the visit the doctor provide the consultation note and receipt of payment (if requested). |
