Sometimes it is appropriate to use a telephone consultation to get prescribed prescription medication. This service does have limitations of want can be prescribed by the doctor without physically examining a ptient.
We at Zafash Doctors provide this service on 24/7 basis but only few medical illnesses are catered for due to the complexity of medicine.
Once again, this process is very simple

1. Patient calls the office
2. Explains he need a consultation over the phone with doctor to arrange a prescription.
3. We take patient details and their consent
4. We inform patients that it may not be possible to obtain a private prescription without a consultation if the doctor is not satisfied over the phone discussion.
5. Our duty doctor calls the patient and if fully satisfied, then instructs the pharmacy to dispense the medicine by providing appropriate details to the pharmacy.
6. Once the patient is informed by the doctor, patient then goes to the pharmacy and pays for the medication and doctors fee for the phone consultation at the pharmacy.
7. In some cases patients need to use their local pharmacy, which is fine, but the patient has to provide the phone and fax number of the pharmacy to the doctor and are required to pay via credit card for the doctor fee.
8. Please note that we do not prescribe pain medication or anti psychotic medication or controlled drugs in any form of our private services to the patient.
